I came across a pretty nice shelf unit - made of angle iron & plywood - in an alley with a 'free' sign on it. I had a real hard time loading it on the pickup, seemed to nice even if homemade to be free. As I debated what to do, fella drove in the garage off the alley, and said sure it's free, and helped me load it up.

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
