Now, fifteen minutes later it's drizzling out. Yep, answered my own question. This epoxy is really tough stuff, but very fussy about surface contamination. I've used the stinking stuff for maybe ten years now but always in the winter when the humidity is low. This is my first experience in 90%+ humidity.Jim
