I have triple checked the above and after replacing carb and tuning it has gotten rid of the loading up part. It"ll sit and run and today I brush hogged 2 hours with a minor problem. Fuel runs fine and I put new fuel in it also. The issue today was started to miss some but after I put a lotta brush to the test and nearly killed the engine it ran perfect again. Did this twice and it"s running fine. Now what would make it not fire well, run well, then run great after putting torque on pto. Only thing I see that happens when this occurs is the governor? Still a new carb only a month old clean gas and new lines, and good fuel flow. I have got carb tuned perfect and no more black smoke from loading up. So maybe its just a carb tuning thing. Hell, it got the job done today and have got bout 5 hours on it now with just the minor issue above. Surely figure it out eventually. Lol
