Wife works at a bank where they have classes like that all the time. The funniest ones, to me, are the ones they have today telling everyone how much alike they are and how they should embrass each other because of it. Then they have another class the next day telling them how different they are and how they should embrass those differences. Are they alike, or are they different, I don't think any of the 'experts' really know or care as long as they get a pay check for doing the 'training'.
Saddly what it all comes down to is that in todays society no one is supposed to think for themselves, unless they are thinking what the 'experts' tell they should be thinking. Funny thing is I think most of the experts have a problem thinking for theirself also and just take the rubbish they spout from some book written by some other supposed 'expert'...and on, and on, and on. The way I feel about all of it is that I have no problem thinking for myself or in this case resoving conflicts right by myself either. Number one don't get into a conflict if you don't have to, number two if you do then don't back down if you're right, and three if you're wrong don't be afraid to admit it. Those three simple steps have gottem me through life just fine thus far...don't need no expert to tell me how to do it 'by the book'.
