71 yr old man operating riding mower near Cayuga IN on Wabash River bank. Backs mower into some weeds on the bank ,the mower with him on it go over the bank into the river, mower lands on him in 4 ft of water. Can't get above water in time.....gone. Happens fast when not aware of terrain conditions around you. Safety should be first in mind when operating any type equipment.
