I bought a hydraulic lift tongue hitch 12ft disc at an auction, Currently the disc blades are down and the wheels are up. It has a hydraulic cylinder on it, but there are no tractors at the sale site to plug into the cylinder and raise the blades, Ive seen tools before that resembled a turnbuckle that you could put in place of a cylinder and ratchet it up or down, Can those be bought new, what are they called, or what would you do to get the wheels up so I can get it home?
