Pa. Steam Boiler Inspection

I recently had the Pa. Boiler Inspector look at two vertical fire tube boilers I have connected to
steam engines for inspection , and he said I would need a "s" or "r" stamp boiler repair shop
to inspect and stamp their numbers on these
boilers, but where do I find a repair shop in North
East Pa?
