I don't claim to understand much of what they're saying, but one thing is certain: The authors of the paper are saying their findings don't support some of the climate models. That is a long ways from the claim in the Forbes article that the paper "blows a hole" in global warming. Scientists don't operate that way. They research, make some hypotheses, then test those hypotheses and come to conclusions. If those conclusions are contrary to previously established conclusions, then other scientists will attempt to validate or invalidate the findings, and eventually the scientific community comes to a consensus. Until at some point that consensus is once again challenged, and the process repeats. And there's no question what the current consensus is of the scientific community regarding global warming: It's real. One study adds to the total knowledge about global warming, but it's not enough to cause a 180 degree change in the consensus.
