It always cracks me up when someone posts and says "don't make this political". What you really mean is "don't reply unless you happen to agree with me".
Any renewable energy technology needs to be explored and this one is no exception. Maybe they can turn a profit, maybe not. It sounds like they need a lot of sunlight, meaning a lot of acres of land, to produce enough fuel to make a profit. Is it better than other large-scale solar technologies?
It's not entirely correct to say their process uses up CO2. Yes, they use up carbon when they generate fuel, but that carbon goes right back into the atmosphere when the fuel is burned. But at least the process is carbon-neutral.
