The air operated wipers did not work very well when new. I have changed several over to electric. If there are any tractor/combine salvage yards around you then go get one off of a scrap tractor combine complete. I used one off of a JD 6600 combine in an old Gallion road grader. I only used the JD one because I was filmier with the wiring needed. I think I gave $25 dollars for the motor, arm and mount. I had to drill two hole for the motor arm and pivot to go out through the side wall. It has been working now for ten years or more.
For heater is your loader gas or diesel??? If it is diesel then go to a Heavy truck scrap yard. Many semis have a small bunk heater that is diesel fuel fired and blows hot air. The unit is about the size of a bread box. It has a external exhaust. Then a fan to blow the hot air into the cab. for you operation you could just mount it under the seat and not need the vent tube. It just needs 12volt electric and diesel fuel supply. If your loader is gas then you could mount a small tank just for the heater. I have attached a link.
