Some of what you say is true, some what program would you quit, what would all spread if the low income didn't get shots. I doubt anybody is collecting $1800 a month of food stamps. unemployment is what the worker paid, except for the stimulus, but then if they were productive all along they were giving the government plenty of money for that. Maybe you should look at the higher income people that are getting free medical, farm aid, etc. The Repugs are responsible for the 47% that don't pay taxes. There are programs out there if you're about totally destitude. And the health department charges some for shots.
