Been working behind a desk for a long time so took the opportunity to help my brother a couple years ago on a roof. Last time we had done anything like that together was 30 years and no gadgets of distraction... My nephew (his son) was on the roof a little above us and his cell phone kept ringing or beeping for a message. Brother old him a couple times to turn it off and he didn't listen. Few minutes later he was sending a text or something and it slipped out of his hand/slid down the roof in front of my brother. Without looking up or saying a word, he mashed it with his hammer and kept right on nailing.
Dad did the same thing to a radio of our uncle 30 years before. People skills run in the family......
