One of my best friends came up with this recipe and I put a label to it. I use this on all the back straps we get off these wild hogs. Rub it on the day before and get ready for some good eating. I was making fun when I made this label but the recipe really is good.
It's all store bought seasonings and we've started adding some coffee grounds to this recipe.
Honestly, I liked this rub from the get go but I've tweeked it pretty good over the year and change it up every time a make a batch!
