It's a 641. Four speed transmission without live PTO.
The paint scheme is correct as is the bumper. The seat is not.
The fuel line looks to be OEM as near as I can tell from the photo and is not an issue. By definition, a gravity flow system cannot vapor lock.
Tractor should be 6V positive ground, and will start reliably in just about any conditions if everything is right.
Not too many 6x1 tractors have power steering and many similar vintage Fords have badly worn PS pumps. Be sure to thoroughly flush the PS oil and refill with the correct CNH 134D. Change the filter that is in the reservoir beneath the oil.
