This is interesting, I went to my 30th reunion 2 years ago and took my daughter with me (then wife of 28 years refused to go). First thing I asked my daughter when we walked in was 'who are all these old people?' She just stated 'Think about this Dad!' Anyhow many of the girls (women) that were "the upper echelon" looked pretty ragged around the edges. Several that didn't have it so good but certainly were not bad people, looked good and several never showed at all. Of course one should not expect "The upper echelon" to change much, now instead of being snooty young people, they are snooty misrable old people that can't accept their lot in life.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
