Ours was installed Aug of last year(2010). We had propane furnace and propane hot water, both original to house built 22 yrs ago. I have been tracking my bills and just got the last power bill. For 2010, electricity and propane was $3,369.91- Aug 2009 to July 2010. With the new system Aug 2010 - July 2011 $1958.37. I am located in Ashland, VA just north of Richmond.
