Neighbor.started his own.Going to Pawn shop and spending time on arial survallance.Had is own plane and a friend had a chopper. finally spotted the car and trailer setting in a yard out in the boonies. Other item started showing up at Pawn shops. Finally caught the gang. Sheriff would do nothing. They were all under eighteen so the courts would let them off. There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
