I agree with all the posts. I prefer to my my stuff old, partly because it's much cheaper, but also because I like it that way. Both my tractors are older than I am (46 Farmall AV and 57 Ford 640) and my implements are are old too. I am currently trying to renovate a very old no-till single row planter....because I know it is well designed and will work on my small farm. OK, OK...if someone is giving away some old tractors, I'll volunteer to give them a good home at "Two Beagle Farms" here north of Houston.
