I have a uncle from my moms side living in a house I own that was my grandfathers on my fathers side. Without me knowing about it "weatherization (?) came in and improved (?) my house. They tore out all the windows and replaced them with with super ugly, super cheap, single hung plastic inserts. They also replace the doors with ones I would not even want on the outhouse. What was once a classic looking house now looks as goofy as a duck wearing shoes. Then they blew insulation in the attic. One big pile of cellulos, right in the center of the attic. A very enterprising contractor fed the hopper and sprayed the insulation all by him self. They were all pleased, I just shut up
