You folks had best start the repairs yesterday- winter comes quick there, compare to the southern states with months of twisters. The 1 June tornado near me still has hundreds of blue tarp roofs, sometimes its best to not wait for insurance and pet contractors, just take lots of pics and patch it however possible- atleast to tide over the winter. I thought I was having vertego or a stroke today, and it was the @#$%%^&& earthquake- other side of the country! Neither one of us is suppose to be in the tornado OR earthquake belt, but ... stuff happens. A good time to find new homes and projects for the stash of old plywood, roofing shingles and lumber offcuts packed away. Hopefully, when something bad happens to your place, the neighbors will be generous back.... we live in hope....
