If you're not paying for the service, they're not going to waste their resources talking to you very long.
We don't pay for the service. Never did subscribe. We still observe the various little lights flashing from time to time, or one light will suddenly turn off and another light come on. We also get emails from time to time informing us of a potential problem they have detected. Do you still think you aren't being tracked? Think again. maybe, maybe not... but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. The insurance discount alone makes the service worth it to me. The question is, why would a company waste their time and money tracking your vehicle? They planning on stealing it? I don't really get the fear.
Just curious though, if you never signed up, how'd they get your email address? You had to have given it to them at some point.
