I would try to resolve whether you are getting the tractor it fits, if at all possible.
I am always on the search for things or perusing ads, I find all kinds of useful, old good quality items, some antiques to re-sell or for my collection, and I see unique things that do not come up often and have to weigh out a decision somehow, do I really need this, am I going to put it to good use etc.
Worst case, get those items, lump it in with the tractor if the seller has an open mind, why wouldn't he/she want those accessories to enhance the features for selling the tractor, especially if they are not often found. Tie up that money for something unique and a small market exists for it, could be a long wait to get a return on it and free up the space it takes to store, not to mention any effects from age, storage, handling that may detract from its value. Clear as mud, but at least you will be able to entice some of the "funk" people you deal with on selling things, waiting for no shows, tire kickers, low ballers etc. LOL ! You may earn a Doctorate in people skills though LOL !
