5 years ago when i built my house i wanted natural gas, but new jersey had this smart growth law that if you built outside the smart areas you had to pay the total cost of your utilities, $8800.00 for gas hookup which was on the street in front of the house and $4500.00 for electric, had to go for the electric and oil for heat, well when i paid $750.00 for 200 gals. decided it was time for a change , so $2800.00 dollars later including the hookup and burner conversion i have gas heat, screw the oil speculators. i couldn't believe the gas crew were smoking while doing the install. used the oliver to compact the trench 1 day after we got 7" of rain chuck
