This is something that is often set by different clubs and organizations. It is usually not a year but how many years going back. In the AMCA it is only 25 [or maybe 30 yrs.] That means any bike older than 1986 will be shown and judged. next year it would be 1987. [These years seem awful new to me and there was discussion on making it longer back in time]. As far as tractors it is up to the club or show you attend. Some car show don't allow after 1964. Some car shows don't allow fiberglass cars. It all depends who's running the show.
