Dhamps10 is the guy's name, Flora is a small town about 25 miles to the east of Salem IL. Kinmundy is a small town to the north of Salem, Power Days is the antique tractor show in Salem this weekend, SIAPC is the Southern Illinois Antique Power Club. Haven't figured out who hogleg is. Now you know. Btw, there is also a bluegrass and BBQ festival this weekend in the same town, and there has always been a car show and cruise on Saturday, also. but I haven't heard if they are having it. I can't imagine them not having it.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
