I have been working for pubik scroowel system for 31 years in technical support and from some of the crap I have seen, I don't have much respect for "educators" and none for school administrators. They tow the government line without question. Forget common sense. We had an "incident" here shortly after 9/11 that totally demonstrated it. A very young child 6 or 7 drew a picture of his favorite uncle who was sent to Iraq or Afghanistan and the picture was a soldier holding a knife in one hand and a pistol in the other. OH MY GOD!! His politically correct teacher saw it and freaked out, turned it in to the d&@#$ss principal who contacted the chickensh@t superintendant. Well, all the King's horses asses and all the King's spineless men decided under the senseless zero tolerance policy that this dangerous, horrible child had to be suspended. Lawdy, we have us a potenially violent person here! When I saw the story on the local news, it made national too, I lost any and all respect for those administrators. There is a big difference between a teacher and an educator, a teacher teaches, an educator is a politician.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
