A neighbor of mine is sending hay to Texas. He contacted a church and they put him in contact with local members that needed hay. All his hay is being donated and the texas ranchers just pay the shipping.
If you are looking to sell hay (hopefully at the same rate you sell locally) you could try contacting any feed store or church in texas. A call to your local county agent could put you in touch with a texas county agent. Contacting any cattle association in texas. You could get any of this contact info from a google search. I am sure any of the above know ranchers that need hay.
Remember they are buying this hay site unseen. They need any info about the quality of the hay you can give them.
