I disagree with all those who say NOT to paint your tractor. This is just my opinion, but I'm sticking to it. People don't go to tractor shows to see ugly tractors. When I was young, we had a neighbor who cleaned his A-C tractors every night before shedding them, and before winter they were washed and waxed. At trade in time, they may have been smooth worn out inside, but there was a waiting list of people who wanted his tractors because they looked good. "If it looks good, it must be good!"

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
