Not sure what your driving, but let's assume you will get 10mpg loaded. That would be 15 gal. of fuel at $4.00 per gallon (I don't know where you are, or what fuel so I'm just rounding up on fuel cost) so thats $60 for fuel one way. Add the trailer rental at $45 and your up to $105 just to get to him. And then you have to drive back home. Lets assume you will get 12 mpg running empty, that's another 12 1/2 gallons of fuel at $4 per gallon or another $50. So your up to $155 your cost, not counting wear and tear, your time and any problems you may have along the way. I see folks charge $1 per loaded mile now and then, so that would only be $150. See how quick you can loose money? HTH
