Rollie: the page you describe is YT's new "report to moderator" page, which now allows reporting illegal or suspicious posts without using e-mail, as spammers have pretty much forced most board moderators to disable or hide the direct e-mail links that used to be common. You can get to it by using the "report to moderator" link that shows up at the bottom left of Classic posts (and I believe they've also enabled it in Modern as well), though why it came up when you hit the back button is a question I don't have an answer for. If it persists, you may want to ask this in the "site comments" forum and Kim or Chris will look into it.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
