John, Sorry!,,, You spent Good Hard Earned US Dollars on those R.O.C ---- P.O.S.s Take them to the scrapper and let them break them down and send it to the smelter somewhere where it can be made into something really useful!!!!! They do not have a real value for they are not anything one can get rid of past the first owner. If you bought more than one for any reason at all!!! You may need medical attention to determine what is wrong with you. The answer to your question is somewhere around $9.50/ CWT. Around $100/ 1000 lb of wt. Hope this helps Later, John A.
