It has been too cool for about a week here. Should be 79, but has been running in the 60's for the last week.
I have hay down and a lot more to mow. Took today off to rake and bale what is cut.
Today was supposed to be 62 with a 20 percent chance of rain. It has been drizzling off and on all day and is 52 degrees right now. Less than even .01 in the gauge, but the hay is soaking wet.
Going to go ahead and rake it now, just to get it off the ground so it can maybe dry.
I would rather have an inch of rain that would run right on through the hay than these all day drizzle events that just soak it. DOUG
