All lubricants have to meet govt. standards. There are only three or four major companies that package all independent brands. When I worked at an auto dealership, NAPA, Advance, Auto Zone and others were mostly packaged by Valvoline. I have used Tractor Supply's motor oil but not trans. or hydraulic oil. They should be ok. If you ask, they will should be able to tell you who packages their lubricants.
