JM is correct in that they have ruined many a good bucket. They place the load too far out in front of the tractor. The other big issue with them is that the bucket blocks the view of the forks. It is just about impossible to use them without hitting things you don't want to hit.
They also are just common steel. Regular pallet forks are heat treated so the will not bend easy. Just about every set of the bucket pallet forks or bale spears I have ever seen are bent.
I would not own either myself. I would invest in a quick tach attachment for my loader and then buy a good set of forks. It will cost more but will work much better.
When lifting things I don't want to be using half right things. If you drop something on some thing or some one the money you saved on the clamp on forks will disappear fast.
