All heat ranges have been moved up 2 steps with unleaded gas.My Ford 640 had new H10s when I bought it.Plug fouling was awful.H12s cured it but I found that prolonged idling can foul the H12s.Too many tractor owners have ignored the increase in heat range needed with unleaded gas.My tractor uses no oil so its not oil fouling.
