Well been messing with this ever since the boy hook up the battery back wards and then he did his best to get it home which he did. Started looking it over real good and found 2 wires burnt in 2. Spliced the wires back to what they should be and checked battery voltage with the engine stopped and it was 11.85 volts and with the engine running it is 13.96 volts so I think that fixed the problem. To bad he could not have found that before he took off from the gulf
