If it"s a 4 cylinder model, it"s based on a 10/60, or possibly a Leyland (depends on its age). I"d guess that it is an early JCB (inventor of the tractor backhoe)... they bought skid units from Nuffield and mounted their own loader and backhoe onto them. The tractor itself doesn"t weigh more than 5000lbs, but add the backhoe and loader and you might be looking at close to 11000lbs... depends how heavy they built it.
JCB 2 (1964-1967)
• Smaller version of the JCB 3. • Fordson 53.7hp or 55 hp BLMC engines, both three cylinder engines. • Had a small cab and backhoe. • The backhoe had an underslung actuator. • The maximum dig depth was 10ft and it had a maximum load over height of 9ft 10in. • In 1964 a three cylinder Nuffield skid unit was offered instead of the Fordson unit, due to Ford stopping their supply. • A loader only version was developed, called the 2L; it had a counter weight and tow bar in place of the excavator arm. • Weight 5030 kg

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
