We have to sell a 2 acre parcel to the state for the hyway 14 expansion near North Mankato, Mn. We have not yet entered into negotiations. 15 years ago when the state put in some turn lanes on said piece they broke one of two drain tiles serving this piece. I looked the word up in dictionary but really cannot connect the dots. Can some one ex plane to me what's going on?
