I had a simular issue after installin a new oump and tank. If the tank has a bladder to maintain pressure, and there are to air inlets at 2 ft and 4 ft from pitadapter, you will get a lot of air thru your lines. The air inlets allow air to enter the line that will be the head air pressure when the pump starts again. The tank with a bladder uses a prechargedbladder to do the same thing. You can see how this would lead to a problem, if you have both. If your tank is in the basement, as opposed to buried, it probably has a bladder. If you start pulling the pump, you will see the air inlet about 2ft down from the pitadapter, with a second about 4ft down. They will look like two black plugs on the side of the line. You say your pressure drops below the low pressure setting?
