Yep, I have an over-easy egg on wheat toast, and 1/2 grapefruit, every morning. Never get tired of it.
Wife doesn't want to eat until 10 or so, and goes to work at 7- so I fry her one with broken yoke, put it on bread and fold into a sandwich, with hot tea and a banana, and she takes the whole mess to work. I also feed the horses and goats in the AM. Not many guys make breakfast for wife, but it gets me out of a lot of other stuff- I know which closet the vacuum cleaner and mop are in, but that's about as far as it goes. And she'd just set the house on fire if she tried to make breakfast, anyhow.
