Bats & used oil filters - the govt is all full of do gooders with rules on what you can't do, but they all run away when it comes to actual solutions to the problems we in the real world have.
Can't harm a bat, but can't let them live in the house.
Can't landfill or burn an oil filter, contact local hazardous folk for collection/recycling. Local folk tell you to contact the state & fed people that sent you to the local folk because they aren't allowed to take them....
