Well, from the sounds of things, somewhere you have a internal leak.. Need to find some way you can pressure test the system, hand pump gauge attaches to the rad filling where the cap goes & pump it up, see if it holds 8 to 10 pounds pressure.. Chances are it won"t, you either have a crack or a head gasket leaking.
