I'd love to have something like this nearby. I'd be willing to host, but if the people aren't on board, then it would be more for us local guys. In that case, I would still do it, but not use endorsement from the board. Maybe a local thing. Fun times to have everyone come out. We have plenty of resources for those coming from a long distance, there are nice camp sites, or I could install temp electric for those that want to camp on site. Not a big deal.
