You need to make sure there's a good flow of gas from the tank to the carburetor. Squirt some gas into one of the sparkplug holes and see if the engine will fire fire on gasoline. Disconnect the gas line at the carb and hold a clean container to catch the gas. If there's just a little trickle of gas your tank is dirty. There may be a screen behind the tube fitting where your gas line connects that's full of crud too. The carburetor may also need a good cleaning in carb cleaner and all the jets blown out with air. If it fires on gas it's an indication of gas not getting into the engine. Since you have good vacuum I think the compression is ok. Hal
