Nothing to it. I did it at least six times! Each time I went back, I smoked more. #6 was probably the hardest thing I did in my life and for at least 15 years, I would dream that I started up again. Yeah, it is hard but as has been said, your mindset is half the battle and you seem to have the right mindset. I quit in 1970 and since then I don't even want to be around anyone who smokes.
