Usually referred to a 220/380 in Europe. 380V if it's three phase service line to line. There was a grand experiment in some parts of Canada to go to just a 240/416 service in commercial buildings. The idea was just a money saving single service and run lights, type writers etc on 240. And operate HVAC etc on 416. Never really did catch on. I've worked in buildings with it.
