Every year here in Kentucky a few children are killed by their brothers or sisters when they are run over or thrown off of a 4 wheeler. It is not unusual for the driver to be as young as 6 or 7 and have the parents permission to ride. It is the parents fault, not the kids. THE PARENTS NEED ADULT SUPERVISON !!!
