Orange juice and salad dressing comes into the us in 50 gallon blue plastic barrels.I expect the apple juice came in the same way.We buy cider pressed at a local orchard by a fellow I know.He wont use drops and uses UV light.We have helped each other over the years when tractors broke down and my son and grand son have worked in the orchard.My son helped him plant the first trees many years ago.His orchard is one of the few places where local people can get work.I wont buy import apples or juice.Buying local is one way we can get out of this mess.There was a time when people wouldnt drive 60 miles to save 6 cents on a bar of soap.
