Thanks for your replies guys. My husband is restoring a rusty 1931 Farmall Regular and was unsure if one could get a seat with both Deering & McCormick. And the crowning touch will be a cast iron seat (cuz we just want one). We are keeping her rusty as we found her under a hugely overgrown honeysuckle, where she'd been sitting for about 35 years. It may be a couple years before it is running - she's in TOUGH shape and right now we are just collecting the needed parts. He's a good mechanic, so it will run perfectly, but look like it's been through H_ll and back. Will be winterized for most the year and be parked in front of our 1930's style cedar outhouse. In summer he will use her at threshing /plowing shows. Am taking lots of pics and making lots of notes along the way. Will post the story and pics someday at YT and/or Red Power. I'm the computer operator, hence my being in the discussion forum versus him.
Nebraska Cowman, I'm assuming that is a reproduction seat of some sort - as I've never seen one like it and there's no wear. Agree with Shadetree, you'd have Farmall permanently imprinted on your "seat".

I’d probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this “green planet”. I’m par
