Maybe it was a PETA free the critters operation? Article notes another exotic farm owner found dead last year under funny/wierd conditions-as in strapped down and maybe suffacated? Maybe the owner was tired of being sued and cussed, decided to get out of the games with lawyers and politicians- but would give old friend critters a chance to survive. Sort of like the Texans going out of business due to drought turning donkeys and horses loose after selling sheep/cattle herds by highway ditchs where there's a little graze. Does give the concealed weapons carriers good reason to pack .44 mags- 'we have bears and big cats loose in neighborhood and I need biggest bullet available to survive walking dog'. Does put the catch wandering on road sheep/cow/horse in perspective. RN

Today's Featured Article - 12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
